How it works
Once you purchased your session, e-mail me in order to arrange an appointment.
The first session is normally aimed at assessing what is the best course of action to tackle the specific challenge that you may be facing and/or what skills you may need to develop in order to create the experiences you desire.
I often recommend committing to 6 sessions initially because the work that you will be doing on yourself has a greater chance of being successful and permanent if you have consistency and regularity at the beginning.
It is also possible and effective to book a consultation that can be done in one, two or less then 6 sessions.
