We are often exposed to value judgments towards people, the economy, the weather and just about anything we can think of.
Every judgment acts as a movie in our head often taking us places we wish we weren’t going. We then end up feeling stressed and confused.

This workshop has been designed to help facilitate a state of inner peace that is an integral part of each person.
During the workshop we will explore:
- how to be present, including how to observe whatever may be happening inside and outside of our body
- the difference between judging and discerning
- how to observe rather than evaluate in order to understand what occurs
